What happens if my final bill is more than I can afford?
I can guarantee that you will know the total cost of any work I do well before I ever begin. That way, if the estimate I give you is more than you want to spend, we can remove or change some services to reduce the cost.
What if I'm unsatisfied with your work?
I will do my best to leave you happy, but if I cannot fix a problem, I will let you know why and you will not be charged more than the diagnostic cost. That said, please understand that computers are often finicky and can require more than one service to keep it in optimal health. If you are unsatisfied, please inform me before signing your receipt.
